The most important part of our job is making sure your new Parlux hairdryer gets to you as quickly as we possibly can. We work tirelessly to make sure that we ship all orders that are placed before 2:00pm the same working day, although this doesn’t include weekends. Don’t worry if you place your order after this time though, because we’ll still make sure that it’s sent out the next working day.

If you select Royal mail Tracked 24 delivery, in 95% of cases your new Parlux hairdryer will arrive the next working day. If you select the free standard delivery option, it will take 2-3 days to arrive.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

We’re sure you’re going to love your new Parlux hair dryer, but if you want to return it for a replacement or a refund, you can do so within fourteen days from the date of purchase, as long as it is returned in the same condition it arrived. Just include your order details and a note stating whether you would like an alternative item or a refund.

In the unlikely event your hairdryer develops a fault within 12 months, just contact the UK distributors (info@hairtools.co.uk) or call them on 01924 466 999. They will require your order details and may ask for images of the hairdryer and will then resolve the problem quickly for you.

There’s a couple of simples steps to ensure the life of your hairdryer. Regularly check and clean the removable filter at the back of the hairdryer, and try to avoid wrapping the power cable around the hairdryer.
